● Independently handling vessels coming at Fujairah Oil Tanker Berth / VOPAK / ADCO terminal for loading / Discharge
● Carry out necessary formalities with Port, Customs, Immigration for smooth turnaround of vessel
● Communicating with Ship Master, Charterer & Owners and providing use full information
● Coordinating with the attending Surveyors, Terminal, Receiver/Shippers.
● Updating the concerned with Berthing/Commencement/Update/Completion reports.
● Preparing/Forwarding relevant Cargo documents B/L, Cargo Manifest, SOF etc.

Handling Vessel Calling for STS at Fujairah and Khorfakkan Anchorage

● Responsible for entire STS co-ordination which starts with obtaining acceptance of vessels from Port Authorities till completion of documentation.
Job includes:-
● to obtain acceptance of vessels from Port authorities for STS operation
● declaring the vessel to port and submitting necessary documents
● forwarding relevant information to Ship Master and Charterer.
● preparing/forwarding PDA to Charterer / follow up of funds.
● coordinating for Fender and Hose mobilization via supply Craft
● providing STS schedule to Mother / Daughter vessels and Mooring Master / Surveyor
● updating the concerned with STS Commencement/Update/Completion reports.
● preparing relevant Cargo documents B/L , Cargo Manifest, Master’s Receipt of documents & SOF.
● forwarding the relevant cargo documents to the concerned after completion of STS .

• Working in Tanker team as Hub Operator for tanker vessels with responsibilities like handling the tanker vessel cargo operations loading and discharging at berth and via STS. Well familiar with handling of cargo like Fuel Oil, Naphtha, Heavy Crude Oil, Condensates, Gasoline, Gas Oil, Jet A1 and MTBE. During cargo operation communication with Port, Terminal, Owner and Charterer.
• • Responsibility for handling Vessel under our agency and department.
• Arranging Inward, Customs, Outward, Port and Anchorage clearance, Assigning & Acknowledging BILL OF LADING, Port documents for vessel.
• Preparing Vessel Reports – Pre arrival, Arrival, NOR, Berthing, Commencement, Completion, Sailing, SOF.

• I was involved in assembling and Fitting LED products, handling, transportation and delivering
• Ensured supplies, stock, materials, packages and products were processed through the delivery systems efficiently and safely
• Scheduled transportation of outgoing goods to meet customer requirements
• Directed availability and allocation of materials, supplies and finished products
• Collaborated with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on business.
