  • 6 Month contract working in Hong Kong with CEO & COO
  • Primary objective was development of replacement cycle strategy, monetize the existing install base of 2000 customers to increase ARR and diversify/smooth revenue streams.
  • Developed a multi-year replacement cycle plan which resulted pipeline expansion of 250% over 4 years.
  • Developed model to leverage capacity partners across APAC and MEA. Resulted in a cost saving in deployment of ~30% and an immeasurable improvement in CSAT.
