- Perform/Carries out operation and maintenance procedures for the whole Hotel, Villas and Resort Complex.
- Supervise the operation of chilled water units, fan coil units, air handling units, generators, water pumps and other equipments which are vital to the Hotel Operations.
- Execute Work Orders and maintenance requests of the Hotel.
- Prepares plan of action on daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance activities and other spreadsheets using windows command.
- Maintain and Operate fire alarm systems, fire pumps and jockey pumps monitoring/testing, air conditioning system and power generation.
- Assures 24-hours availability of utilities i.e. Water, Communication and Air Conditioning system.
- Attends to complain pertaining to water, electrical and aircon trouble in all open areas, villas, offices and clubhouse.
- Monitoring of deep well, filtration and chlorinating system.
- Rectify all defects on all open areas, villas, offices, clubhouse, convention and other buildings.
- Constantly checks fire pump and jockey pumps, water pressure of fire protections system.
- Program preventive maintenance of A/C.
- Checks and evaluate request summary per shift.
- Prepares operations, utilities and consumption reports for month end presentation.
- Perform other task assigned by manager from time to time.
- Developed and implemented customer service policies to enhance satisfaction.
- Identified unsafe or unhealthful workplace conditions or hazards to enforce safe work practices and procedures.
