- Provide input for preparation of the Section I Team I Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver functional objectives.
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
- Coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management Department, to ensure required stock availability and raise MCADs for any non-catalogued item.
- Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment and raise direct charge PRIPFS for non-stock items and service PR for the repairable items to ensure availability.
- Participate in the pre-qualification and procurement activities through Technical Review, order finalization and follow up for timely delivery & availability.
