• Site visits and conduct meetings with contractors and consultants to identify and resolve issues and to facilitate services as per mutual agreed contract of concrete supply.
• Importance of demonstrating to consultants and clients that their needs are always fulfilled in terms of strength, durability, and workability, and pumpability with collaboration of our technical department.
• Investigating customer concerns and trying to resolve them.
• Creating and maintaining client database, which is updated on regular basis for current and future potential projects which is in range of our logistics and Operations.

• Maintain company business relationship with clients and targeted business according to approved forecast.
• Attending client lap trial-mix to initiate suitable products that suit clients requests according to BS Standard with collaboration with technical department.
• Collaboration with our operation department solving any logistics issues has been raised by client.

• Following up on going projects supply and maintaining business relation with its clients to ensuring smooth fulfillment of clients need in: Logistics, Concrete forecast pours schedule.
• Following up and grasp opportunity of future targeted projects in order to maintain yearly order book of concrete supply.
• Supervision of Concrete pouring and organize logistics and operation needs between our production fleet team and client project team.

• Reading construction drawing in order to integrate position and dimension of required steel products through calculations then send it to steel fabricator factory to produce it.
• Following up on going projects supply and maintaining business relation with its clients to ensuring smooth fulfillment of clients need in: steel construction product supply schedule.
• Following up and grasp opportunity of future targeted projects in order to maintain yearly target.
