Job Description
Customer Services & Call Center Dept.
Customer Services Counter:
1- Receiving the customer’s complaint about any kind of services “Env.” & transfer the complaint to the concerned Section.
2- Clarify & Explain the Env. Services & the nature of the work in case of the customers enquired.
3- Doing the survey for the different companies & factories in renewal & making new license situation. So we can check out the actual activities for each & the customer’s needs.
4- Receiving the customers & looking for their actual needs, & suggest the best for their situation.
5- Compare our work & Service with the competitor companies.
6- Trying hard to get the customer satisfactions & needs.
7- Follow up with HOD instructions & Order, & make sure to finish it as required.
8- Supervising on counter sales & Coordinating with the other sections & Teams.
9- Follow up with the services quality which is done by counter sales officers.
10- Coordinating with the finance dept. & sales dept.
11- Preparing the weekly & monthly reports for the counter sales.
12- Follow up on behalf of customer inquiries through providing accurate information and recommendations for solution.
13- Provide solution to our customers.
Call Center & Complaints Section & Government:
1- Managing the call log.
2- Managing the complaint from A.M., Government Call Center, Internal & through our main line.
3- Handling customers requests and complaints.
4- Train the team for their responsibilities & tasks.
5- Directly receive complains & request from A.M. Top management.
6- Coordinator between AIMS & A.M. financially & operationally.
7- Coordinating with RASID team at MPDA.
8- Managing the CSR (Corporate social responsibility) work & social media.
Sales:
1- As Sales team work related to field, our customer services counter they are doing most of temporary services deals.
2- For any additional waste from our free area, I’m going to survey the sites and deal with the customer to pay instead of free services.
3- Bringing customer for tipper services & Temporary.
Operations Dept.
Zonal In-Charge “D1”:
1- Management and Supervision of all kind of field works & field staff.
2- Regular Coordination with call center to resolve Complaints/Requests receiving from Municipality.
3- Regular site supervision & field visit for maintain a smooth collection& operation.
4- Coordination with municipality Inspectors personally & through what’s App to Share Pictures and Other Information.
5- Preparing Daily attendance of Drivers, labors &Supervisors.
6- Monitor & ensure the delivery of new skips to the customers, plan and schedule maintenance/repair of the existing skips.
7- Keep all records (Bin Issue, Tonnage, Bin lifting, Customer complaints, cleaning campaigns etc.)
8- Monitoring vehicle scheduling plan on daily basis in order to meet the daily
9- Target of the team and avoid customer complaints.
10- Ensuring drivers & Labors are equipped with personal protective equipment & Monitoring driver’s and labor`s discipline.
11- Assigning task for Supervisor, Drivers & Labors as per requirement.
12- Involving new assignment given by Manager /Assistant Manager from time to time.
13- Making sure that waste disposal is handled according to the law.
14- Conducting Weekly meetings with team members in order to increase their Productivity, discuss with them for their necessary for achieving the target.
15- Manage Weekly off & Annual Vacation plan for Supervisor, Drivers & Labors.
16- Preparing Route Plan for All vehicles and Street Cleaning Labors.
17- Updating data of team if any Changes.
18- Being in touch with MPDA for any works related at the area.
19- Doing the daily, weekly and monthly services reports based on the management requirements.
Emergency:
20- Respond to accidents and emergencies in case receiving from Municipality.
21- Co coordinating with Municipality for any special Projects with AIMS & Municipality.
