  • Project Wave represent ADNOC ++ initiatives for ensuring an additional source of water for injection into Onshore fields. All oil production field are considered sour and exhibit high H2S content. The scope of the project looks to utilize treated seawater as an alternative for all onshore fields (BAB, Bu Hasa, NEB and South East).
  • ADNOC project scope (C3A & C3B) caters for the design of the seawater injection pumping and injection pipeline distribution network. The battery limit of this components starts from the tie-in with the sea water supply pipeline with Injection Pumps and includes the flowline (CS+HDPE lined) or subheaders or injector wells tie-in, as applicable. De-congesting the existing water injection clusters and associated facilities (by demolition) is also considered, where applicable.
  • I was given the responsibility for reviewing and developing all detailed engineering for: - Main water header lines (10” – 40”) . - Sub-header water lines (24”-10”). - Flow lines injection network (CS+HDPE internally lined) (10”-4”).

The broad scope involves development of Production Support Complex (PSC), Central Processing facility (CPF), Well Blocks 02 and 03, Infield Satellite Station (ISS), Trunk and Steam Lines, Pipelines for Export Oil, Fuel Gas, Make-Up and Disposal Water, Sub Stations, New Storage Tanks along with Loading and Filling Manifolds and New Crude Oil Control Centre (COCC) and Pumps in South Tank Farm (STF).
  • I was given the responsibility for generating and preparing detailed engineering documents for: - 24”/36” export oil pipeline and (180 km). - 30” make up water pipeline (RTRP) (150 km). - 24” fuel gas pipeline (150 km). - 12”/10” disposal water pipeline (15 km).
