My responsibilities included home visits for follow up of chronic illnesses, procedures such as NGT, Foley's catheter, wounds dressing and post operative follow-up.

We were supervised by a specialist and we handled stabilization of referral of critical cases.

• Mawada Hospital is a multidisciplinary hospital with an interventional cardiac centre, neurosurgery centre.
• The integrated interventional cardiology centre with daily PCIs, pacemaker insertions, balloon valvuloplasty and other interventions. CABGs were, also, done in the centre.
• I was involved in treating common medical condition and, emergencies
• I also assisted in complex surgeries such as neurosurgeries, spinal surgeries, orthopedics, general surgeries, pediatric surgeries, urology and plastic surgeries.
• Coordinates patients referral, manages non communicable disease clinic, in addition to inpatient routine management

• I did my internship in the major specialities (Internal Medicine - Surgery - Pediatrics - Obs & Gyne) in teaching hospitals under management of the Federal Ministry of Health of Sudan.

• It was part of my national service.
• The medical unit was related to the NRU hospital (police Hospital).
• We dealt with cold cases, administered injectable medications and stabilized and referred critical cases to the Police Hospital's ER.
• We were open to thousands of university students, faculty and workers.
