Develop Talent
Effectively deploy development activities relevant to candidate pipeline. Including but not limited to rotation planning, allocation of buddies, ongoing assessment, engagement events, inductions etc and create platforms for report back/senior visibility and alignment to market practises
In partnership with the Lead, Talent Accelerators, manage any local country requirements that will support and enhance the global talent accelerator proposition and / or address any individual market needs. Eg) attrition/localisation agendas/untapped talent pools etc
