Development manager overseeing two ultra-luxury developments within Saadiyat Island, a seafront 5-star hotel & branded residences with a value of AED 2.0bn, & an exclusive ultra-luxury villa community with a value of AED 2.2bn.

Core responsibilities include:

• Preparation of Business Plans to obtain management approvals for new development opportunities; which includes market demand & benchmark analysis, product visioning & definition, financial modelling, preparation of project program …etc.
• Management of internal & external stakeholders at different stages of the development including hotel operators, design, retail leasing, residential & retail operation teams to obtain input and ensure timelines are adhered to.
• Overseeing sales launch activities including ticket pricing, marketing activities, & program management.
• Managing cost consultants within the projects to ensure budget alignment at different stages of the development and tracking against the project financials.

August 2019 - April 2021

Associate within the development team assisting with the development management of a mixed-use scheme within Yas Island.

Core responsibilities included:

• Identifying best uses for developable plots and preparation of the project brief for design consultants.
• Market research and data for the development of a new product within the organizations’ portfolio.
• Management of the cost consultants to ensure design remains within the project budget.
• Ad-hoc financial studies for stand-alone plots within the land bank to address market demand, project vision & ensure viability.

June 2018 - July 2019

Joined Aldar as a graduate in the Special Developments Design team, supporting the Design Manager on a unique product offering on Yas Island. Assisted on the evaluation process of appointing a design consultant in addition to managing the design stage of the project.
