• Collaborated with OEMs, suppliers, Part 21 organizations, and internal stakeholders—including Production Planning, Part 145, Service Delivery, Cabin Safety, Carpet & AV Shop, ALCM, and Configuration Control teams—to resolve in-service and modification related issues and ensure successful execution of retrofit projects.

• Ensured continuing airworthiness and operational readiness for Cabin Systems across Etihad Airways’- Airbus Fleet.
• Led cabin system engineering support, monitoring delays, repetitive faults, and fleet reliability trends, coordinating with OEMs to implement corrective actions, long-term fixes, and preventive maintenance.
• Provided engineering support for A380 Entry-Into-Service (EIS) activities.

• Ensured regulatory compliance with all airworthiness requirements for Cabin Systems & Structures (ATAs 11, 25, 35, 38, 50, 52-10).

• Achieved USD 3M annual cost savings through FOC support negotiations for A350 issues and other saving/ avoidance with timely pick up of in-service issues by close monitoring and obtaining warranty support.

• Halon to Halon-Free Fire Extinguisher Retrofit.
• Supported PMA initiatives and COVID - aircraft disinfection initiatives.

• Responsible for ATAs 11, 25, and 38 for entire Jet Airways fleet.
• Reviewed ADs/SBs and ensured timely compliance with FAA/EASA requirements.
• Prepared LOPA, Engineering Orders, and Modification Action Forms, Task cards, Technical Notice.
• Conducted reliability analysis, reviewed PIREPs/ MIREPs, MELs, NFFs, rogue and unscheduled removals and provide technical recommendation to improve Technical Dispatch Reliability and performance of components.
• Analyze Aircraft Systems reliability trend & introduce In-House task through Reliability Action Form (RAF) to restore the performance of system & improve component MTBUR. This analysis helped in achieving reduction of component maintenance and overhaul cost.
• Assisted in development of effective preventive maintenance program and in-house tasks addressing in-service experience and unscheduled maintenance.
• Provided technical assistance to Line/Base Maintenance and supported major cabin reconfigurations.
