Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for end to end recruitment on Workable (ATS)
- Posting jobs on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, sourcing candidates, interview scheduling etc
- Salary negotiation, rolling out offer through online signature tools like rightsignature.com or esignatures.io
- Facilitating onboarding sessions and on-the-job training for new hires.
Performance Appraisal System
- Responsible for initiating and completing performance appraisal process every quarter in HRMS and coordinating with reviewer and reviewee for performance review meetings
Payroll
- Verifying and cross-checking attendance and leave in HRMS software
- Ensuring salaries of all employees are released on time
- Coordinating and sharing PF and PT report with the accounts department
- PI, ESIC report with PI consultant for respective payments.
Training & Development
• Conducting training need identification every year
• Creating training calendar for year and scheduling internal training. • Beeping records of training happened and taking feedback from employees in Google form.
Employee Engagement
- Monitoring and handling employee claims involving performance-based incidents.
- Implemented performance review and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
- Motivating employees through special events such as monthly recharge Thursdays, all hands meeting, annual party, Secret Santa, incentive programs and constructive feedback.
- Implemented standardized programs and policies, driving smooth operations, employee retention and engagement.
