Responsibilities:

· Verify OEM/Vendor Quality Assurance Plan and inspection Test Plan as per project specification before submitting for Client approval.

· Raising calls for inspections by coordinating with vendors as required by QAP/ITP.

· Addressing the open points in SVR (Site visit report) issued by client-authorized TPI.

· Collecting and submitting statutory (Calibrations, pressure test reports, ATEX, IP, etc.) documents before the Endurance test for commissioning.

· Verification of MRB as per the required API requirement (e.g.: API 4F for Mast, SS, and Crown Block, API 7K for Mud Pump internals & Draw Works, API 8C for Dead Line anchor & Top Drive, API 16A for BOPs ..etc) and submitting to ONGC/TPI for review and addressing the comments.

Assignment at Abrode(Kuwait)

QC Manager for 2 years and 4 months

(At Al-Zour project, Kuwait) Saipem SpA (Leader) and Essar Projects Limited Joint Venture/Consortium

Responsibilities:

· Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan & Inspection Test Plan as per project requirements.

· Preparation and witness of WPS, PQR & WQT. And maintain a welder performance record.

· Inspection for the Field Erected Tanks Floating Roof and Fixed roof Tanks, andInterconnecting Piping.

· Stage-wise inspections like fit-up, final visual, dimensional, and all NDT activities like DPT, MPT, UT & radiography interpretation.

· Physical verification before going to pressure tests and preparing punch list.

· Alignment, roundness and verticality verification Tanks and Structure.

· Witness of Vacuum Box testing on base plate lap joints, base plate to shell joint, roof lap joints and deck lap joints of Field Erected Tanks.

· Verifying test packs for piping and tanks, witness the vacuum, strength and leak test.

· Preparation of Final quality documentation file (MDR).

Project: BPCL Kochi Refinery

Responsibilities:

· Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan & Inspection Test Plan as per project requirements.

. Managing a team(25 numbers) of Quality Engineers to achieve targets.

· Verification of Qualification and Preparation of required PQR, WPS & WQT as per the Project requirements.

· Preparation of required procedures for the project and to get approval from the Client/TPI.

· Conduct EQT for the Filler Wire and Electrodes.

· Verification for the timely preparation and submission of IMIR to the client.

· Inspection of stage inspections of piping for the material used in NACE, IBR & H2 services.

· Inspection of Pipes & fittings as per code and project requirements.

· Preheating, Post weld heat Treatment for higher thicknesses of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Materials.

· Non Destructive Examinations (DPT, MPI, RT & UT). PMI for material as well as welding.

· Preparation of final documentation.

Responsibilities:

· Inspection of Final and stage wise for static equipment.

· Inspection of Pipes & fittings as per code and project requirement at vendors place.

· Witness for Tests like Mechanical for Check test coupon, PMI for material as well as welding, Pressure test of equipment and piping.

· Inspection for the material used in NACE, IBR & H2 services.

· Other inspections and approval (PQR, WQT, QAP/ITP and Procedures) upon the work Order.

Responsibilities:

· Verification of QAP/ITPS of Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, and Structure.

· Material inspection of Plates, Pipes, But-weld Fittings, Forged Fittings, Beams, Channels, Angles etc.

· Preparation and Qualification of WPS, PQR & WQT.

· Dimension verification after completion of marking, assembly, and welding respectively.

· Inspection of Fit-up, weld visual.

· Non-Destructive Examinations (DPT, MPI, RT & UT).

· Verification of final dimensions and distortions.

· Inspection of Surface preparation and painting.

· Alignment and clearance of structure after erection.

· Preparation of final documentation.

Assignment 1: Senior Quality Engineer (SITE) for 5 years & 11 Months.

Projects: TADA, RINL Visakhapatnam & JSPL Angul

Responsibilities:

· Review of Quality Assurance Plan and inspection Test Plan as per various project requirements & ability to preparation of WPS, PQR & WQT. And to maintain a welder performance record.

· Raw material inspection and obtaining inspection.

· Inspection for the Field Erected Tanks (LIN & LOX), Cold box structure, Piping, Pipe Rack, and structure.

· Stage-wise inspection of Piping like fit up, root &final visual, root & final DPT/MPT, radiography interpretation. Physical verification before going to pressure tests and preparing a punch list.

· Alignment and verticality verification of Cold box Structure, Columns, and stationary and rotary equipment (e.g.: Absorbers, water wash tower, water chiller tower, LAR Tank-etc.).

· Witness Vacuum Box testing on base plate lap joints and base plate to shell joint of Field Erected Tanks (LIN & Lox Tanks).

· Chemical cleaning of SS piping and rolled plates for FET inner shell, degreasing for oxygen service.

· Surface preparation and painting for CS piping and FET outer shell.

· Verifying test packs for piping and tanks, witness the vacuum, strength, and leak test.

· Preparation of Final quality documentation file.

Assignment 2: QA/QC ENGINEER AT ABROD- BULGARIA for three months.

Responsibilities:

· Inward material inspection.

· Inspection of Fit-up, weld visual for Piping and adsorbers.

· Radiography offering & interpretation and physical verification before going to pressure tests.

· Preparation and verifying pressure testing test packs for piping works.

· Verification of structure and equipment verticality and alignments.

· Preparation of Final quality documentation files (As per PED).

Assignment 3: ENGINEER INSPECTION AND EXPEDITING AT HEAD OFFICE (8 Months).

Responsibilities:

· Verification of QAP/ITPS of equipment & piping for Air separation skids and cold box. Incorporate QAP/ITP as per the customer's comment for finalization.

· Coordination with third parties (LRA, BVIS) for different projects of multiple activities as per approved ITPs. Interpretation of Radiography films, Inspection of Fit-up, Liquid penetration test, and magnetic particle test. Verification of final documents, N.D.T log sheet prior to pressure test.

· Verification of final documents for Equipment/piping package for THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION as well as MDB (Manufacturer data book).

Project: Nuclear Power Corporation India Ltd at Kaiga

Responsibilities:

· Preparation and qualifying of WPS, PQR &WQT under the witness of theclient.

· Maintain welder performance record, Electrode Baking, and issue register.

· Stage-wise inspection of Secondary Piping like fit up, root visual, root DP/MPI, final visual, final DP/MPI, radiography interpretation, and physical verification.

· Preheating, Post weld heat Treatment for higher thicknesses of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Materials.

Conduct the pressure tests. Preparation of Final quality documentation file.

Responsibilities:

· Execution of welding as per approved WPS & PQR.

· DPT, RT & UT examination on welds. Stage inspection of all activities and maintain relevant documentation. Conduct Pressure test, helium leak test, and prepare test pack.

· Inspection of Surface preparation and painting.

· Preparation of Manufacturer Data Report.
