· Verify OEM/Vendor Quality Assurance Plan and inspection Test Plan as per project specification before submitting for Client approval.
· Raising calls for inspections by coordinating with vendors as required by QAP/ITP.
· Addressing the open points in SVR (Site visit report) issued by client-authorized TPI.

Responsibilities:
· Review of Quality Assurance Plan and inspection Test Plan as per various project requirements & ability to preparation of WPS, PQR & WQT. And to maintain a welder performance record.
· Raw material inspection and obtaining inspection.
· Inspection for the Field Erected Tanks (LIN & LOX), Cold box structure, Piping, Pipe Rack, and structure.
· Stage-wise inspection of Piping like fit up, root &final visual, root & final DPT/MPT, radiography interpretation. Physical verification before going to pressure tests and preparing a punch list.
· Alignment and verticality verification of Cold box Structure, Columns, and stationary and rotary equipment (e.g.: Absorbers, water wash tower, water chiller tower, LAR Tank-etc.).
· Witness Vacuum Box testing on base plate lap joints and base plate to shell joint of Field Erected Tanks (LIN & Lox Tanks).
· Chemical cleaning of SS piping and rolled plates for FET inner shell, degreasing for oxygen service.
· Surface preparation and painting for CS piping and FET outer shell.

Assignment 2: QA/QC ENGINEER AT ABROD- BULGARIA for three months.
Responsibilities:
· Inward material inspection.
· Inspection of Fit-up, weld visual for Piping and adsorbers.
· Radiography offering & interpretation and physical verification before going to pressure tests.
· Preparation and verifying pressure testing test packs for piping works.
· Verification of structure and equipment verticality and alignments.
· Preparation of Final quality documentation files (As per PED).
Assignment 3: ENGINEER INSPECTION AND EXPEDITING AT HEAD OFFICE (8 Months).
Responsibilities:
· Verification of QAP/ITPS of equipment & piping for Air separation skids and cold box. Incorporate QAP/ITP as per the customer's comment for finalization.
· Coordination with third parties (LRA, BVIS) for different projects of multiple activities as per approved ITPs. Interpretation of Radiography films, Inspection of Fit-up, Liquid penetration test, and magnetic particle test. Verification of final documents, N.D.T log sheet prior to pressure test.
· Verification of final documents for Equipment/piping package for THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION as well as MDB (Manufacturer data book).
Project: Nuclear Power Corporation India Ltd at Kaiga
Responsibilities:
· Preparation and qualifying of WPS, PQR &WQT under the witness of theclient.
· Maintain welder performance record, Electrode Baking, and issue register.
· Stage-wise inspection of Secondary Piping like fit up, root visual, root DP/MPI, final visual, final DP/MPI, radiography interpretation, and physical verification.
