PROFILE SUMMARY

An ambitious and innovative individual with over 15 years' experience in retail, taking me from the grass roots of retail up to my current position as Visual Merchandising Director. Having worked with a number of high-profile blue-chip retailers, I have shown both strong leadership and management skills in challenging and complex environments to achieve stringent KPI targets. I've continuously met both individual and team targets, coupled with building a strong team ethos through communication, support and up-skilling both myself and fellow colleagues to become a well rounded team leader. It is through my hybrid skill set and desire to deliver strong visual layouts through strategic commercial decisions, which has helped me to continuously deliver a valuable shopping experience for customers.
