JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Utilize maintenance manuals and operation guides to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Minimizing Breakdown Time: Implement a quick response system for breakdowns, ensuring that machine downtime is attended .
• Planning for Shutdown: Develop a comprehensive job list for shutdown periods.
• Utility Machine Supervision: Oversee utility machines by following service agreements and ensuring that all procedures are adhered to, as outlined in the "SERVICE AMC AGREEMENTS.
• Performance Improvement Projects (WCO) : Execute Kaizen projects aimed at improving equipment performance, by referring to strategies mentioned in the "Pillar Strategy".
• Equipment & Spare Parts Availability: Ensure a well-managed inventory system for equipment and spare parts.
• Maximizing Equipment Efficiency: Monitor machine performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Equipment History & Maintenance Records: Maintain detailed records of equipment history and perform regular checks.
• Fuel & Units Consumption Records: Keep accurate records of daily fuel and unit consumption to manage resources effectively.
• Breakdown Analysis: Analyze breakdown causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences by using tools like Fish bone analysis and RCA.
• Computer Skills: Leverage knowledge of computer applications like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to manage maintenance records and reports efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• DG sets : Large capacity Diesel & FO operated Russian, Skl & Skoda DG set
• HVAC systems : Air washers, air diffusers, AHU, FAHU & Climate wizard Cooling towers and vapor absorption m/c (175tr & 280tr).
• Air Compressors : IR, (Ingersoll-Rand), Elgi and Atlas Copco reciprocating and screw air compressor (350cfm*2&100cfm*2 ,407cfm *2 GA75 kw).
• Process Chiller : Carrier, SKM 350 TR to 250 TR Operation & maintenance.
• Boiler : Thermax and Indcon make tube steam boiler, thermic heater Boiler
