Operations:

· Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activity

· Monitor and ensure positive dynamic of the store KPIs by implementing short and long-term action plans.

· Working closely with buying team to make sure that the selection for the season’s buy is suitable for the concept and meet’s client requirement based on feedback and monitoring the Sell Thru of each brand.

· Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report

· Control all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements

· Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action

· Coordinate with the back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regards of new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide feedback accordingly

· Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions, permits, security.

· Inventory and cycle counts and loss prevention.

· Successful role out of the new project ‘X-store’ within Level Shoes, being one of two ‘super users’ in

the whole store.

· Training all team members and concession staff on how to use X-store.

· Investigating shortage and overage for cash office for all departments.

· Using SIM (Store Inventory Management) and Oracle daily

Team Management:

· Working closely with recruiting team and conducting interviewing to make sure the best candidates are selected for the concept

· Manager on Duty rotation: Responsible for the entire concept including concessions

· Ensure consistency in Guest Experience is delivered by the team through coaching and analyzing the Store Performance Evaluation results (Mystery Shopping)

· Be present on the shop floor to generate sales and handling VIP clients.

· Ensure the team is building and maintaining relationships with clients providing all necessary tools and trainings
