- Directed the analytical framework, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring minimal impact to Analytics consumers from Finance, Strategy and Commercial business units.
- Successfully led a large Agile project team of 20+ employees from across the business. The project team successfully delivered a working pattern recognition model for high-cost lead-ins allowing NBN Co to propose numerous improvements to existing processes in construction and network maintenance spaces of the business. - Provided network insights and data models necessary to formulate a strategy for the fixed-line network upgrade for 2022-2025 (AWS, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, QGIS, FME). Approximate value of the network upgrade – A$4.5 billion, to be delivered by the end of 2023.
- Built a strong cooperation between CDO (Chief Data Office) and Network Strategy, making it possible to achieve a high level of data consistency (over 90 percent).
- Led a program of SIP (Statutory Infrastructure Provider) boundary reconciliation in cooperation with NBN Regulatory, ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) and Uniti Group (OptiComm, LBNCo, OpenNetworks). - Introduced process improvements and implemented a high level of automation to the National Network Plan process. - Successfully automated reporting and data insights for Finance, and Commercial which resulted in a reduction of effort from 4 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) to 0.25 FTE (Utilized MS SQL Server, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel)
- A very high team survey result in the annual employee engagement survey in FY20, despite significant headcount reduction in our department. A result of 89 percent compared to 65 percent in our business unit and 71 percent in the company.

- Established and scaled up the Project Cost Control function in NBN Co, resulting in annual savings of between 5% and 10% of design and build costs from FY12 to FY16. (Oracle DB, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Benchmark Estimating Software). Estimated cumulative network rollout cost saving of $600 million.
- Assisted Finance and IT in automating the Asset Capitalization process. This ensured that all costs incurred by NBN were accurately allocated to the appropriate assets owned by NBN Co, enabling the calculation of critical metrics like TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and CPP (Cost Per Premise) (Utilized Netezza, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau). This project was a precursor to asset-level end of life management program.
- Successfully introduced Benchmark Estimating Software to NBN Co. A half a decade long process of cooperation with the platform’s vendor, continuous improvements to the system (data architecture, model, data quality assurance, data governance) and related processes which allowed NBN Co to automate project cost control related reporting and insights.
