• Responsible for coordination with Production/Construction & Engineering departments along with verification/Reviewing all departmental documents, sub-contractor, contractor, vendor, material manufacturer documents.
• Performing physical inspections in shop, field (Site) and vendor locations to prepare daily reports(D.R), monthly report(M.R), site discrepancy report(SDR), non-conformance report (NCR).
• Performing and using destructive and non-destructive test instruments in failure analysis and remedial procedures such as/Adhesion test (Dolly and crosshatch)/Crosshatch cutter/Low and high voltage holiday detector/CSN salt test/MEK test/Blotter test/Hypodermic needle gauge and nozzle aperture test/Dry film and wet film thickness gauge/Dew point meter, etc.
