- Drive the success of the QHSE function in alignment with the AIMS Group’s Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic Goals, Objectives, QHSE policies, the AIMS Group’s Code of Ethics and other AIMS Group policies

- Develop, implement, and encourage a behavioral based safety culture in the AIMS Group by acting as a role model, communications and leading by example.

- Conduct QHSE risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and hazard identification for all operational activities for routine & non- routine activities in consultation with the Operations team.
- Perform daily walk throughs in AIMS facilities and / or in AIMS clients’ premises to monitor and promote a safe workplace.
- Undertake ǪHSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the approved inspection program of the company.
- Follow up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitor the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, prepare required reports and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
- Prepare and submit QHSE performance reports and KPIs to management on a monthly basis.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and reports across the AIMS Group
- Communicate information on the ǪHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e., TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments.
- Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies on QHSE matters
- Prepare ǪHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the BD / Operations team.
- Represent AIMS Group in all regulatory ǪHSE meetings, committees, CoE’s and seminars.
- Support other ǪHSE staff and contract managers as and when required
