Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and coordinate outpatient appointments, tests, follow-ups, and specialist consultations.
· Monitor patients' progress and ensure continuity of care between providers.
Patient Education:
· Provide clear information on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
