Follow-up the action required memos/faxes/emails in order to get the feedback on or before target date.
Maintaining SWO file by updating the details SWOs which are created for the Department.
Maintaining Contract Agreement file by updating the details of CR/Contract and checking Maximo/SAP for the receipt of Release Orders monthly.
Maintaining Direct Cost Purchase Requisition file with frequent status updation of PR/RFQ/POs checking through Maximo and identifying/reporting the discrepancies in GL A/c Codes.
Arranging meeting halls and sending invitation to attendees.
Arranging office requirements for Department personnel whenever needed.
Maintain department vehicles list and coordinate with concerned department for timely renewal of security passes & Registration.
Coordinate with administration /General service department to support employee's transportation, accommodation and other requirements.
