  • Over 11 years of experience as Administration Assistant/Technical Assistant in Maintenance Sub-Division at ADNOC Gas Habshan-5 performs exclusively secretarial works of Maintenance Team Leader and Section Leaders of different disciplines.
  • Performing as Technical Assistant of Team Leader by extending assistance to all Section Leaders, Senior Engineers, Engineers & supervisors under the Department.
  • Maintaining all incoming/ outgoing documents by keeping register for easy track out.
  • Drafting memos, faxes, letters in the e-correspondence Management System and other email correspondence as per the directive from Team Leader, Section Leader.
  • Keeping/ filing the documents in a proper sequenced manner.
  • Periodically checking the SAP Fiori in order to update the latest changes of employee's profile and the recruitment/ Personal Requisition status against vacant positions, in the department.
  • Checking Invoices, SWO and other approvals whether the relevant supporting documents are attached and the indicated budget is correct or not, discuss with Team Leader for approval process.
  • Follow-up the action required memos/faxes/emails in order to get the feedback on or before target date.
  • Maintaining SWO file by updating the details SWOs which are created for the Department.
  • Maintaining Contract Agreement file by updating the details of CR/Contract and checking Maximo/SAP for the receipt of Release Orders monthly.
  • Maintaining Direct Cost Purchase Requisition file with frequent status updation of PR/RFQ/POs checking through Maximo and identifying/reporting the discrepancies in GL A/c Codes.
  • Arranging meeting halls and sending invitation to attendees.
  • Arranging office requirements for Department personnel whenever needed.
  • Maintain department vehicles list and coordinate with concerned department for timely renewal of security passes & Registration.
  • Coordinate with administration /General service department to support employee's transportation, accommodation and other requirements.
  • Other office daily routines.
