Working at Department of Government Enablement (DGE) within HR and having worked with Strategic Capacity Planning, and the Strategic People Capacity team which provides strategic workforce planning across portfolios employee learning and capability development at Emirates Group, sparked my passion for advancing my career to drive continuous development through cutting-edge strategic planning and in depth analysis all across the workforce. My goal is to bridge the gaps in the ways of thinking & working by conducting consecutive and consistent analysis around business planning, development, and execution, while maintaining relationships with stakeholders. As a bachelors' graduate with a combined background of Engineering, Technology & Innovation, and HR and Organizational Development with 8 years of collective experience in Innovation, Engineering, Technology, Strategy, and HR, I believe I will excel in this role.
