- Handel the approvals for the patients and contact with them to book appointment.
- Handel the rejection for the approval also to resubmit with the insurance and to contact with patient if there are any issues.
- Handel the expired approvals and contact with patients if they need to continue the treatment.
- Handel the cancelation approvals if the patient asked.
- Handle the patients if they bring the referral from other hospital.
- Answer the phone in a proper manner according to the standards.
- Book appointments and follow up appointments according to the patient request.
- Reply the emails and act accordingly to action or answer to all in a -Timely manner.
- Email the insurance department for any issues with patient’s approvals.
- Follow up with the patient if they have no show 2 or 3 time, to checked with them if they need to reschedule their appointments.
- Daily checking for the patient who left without appointments to call them and for the next sessions.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patients assistance and support.
- Manage all inbound calls/orders and inquires receives through telephone call, Emails, website in a timely manner.
- Answer all inquiry from patients professionally and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns and ensure patients feels supported.
- Booked the appointments for the patients
- Confirm the appointment before one day and after one hours.
- Blocked the schedule if the doctor or physiotherapist on leave or sick leave.
