• Working closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce procuring cost.
• Prepare reports on a weekly / monthly basis. (Payables report, Open PO reports, Material procured & Issuance
report, consumption reports, quarterly price report. Etc, etc.)
• Maintain confidential record of quarterly / yearly price list for all key raw material item including raw glass.

• Delivered a savings of AED: 324K on major consumable prices. 2011 v/s 2012. (approved by VP Supply chain)
Self-handled in disposing almost 80% of automotive windshield materials from M/s. Lumiglass (Group Company)
& incurring a sale of approximate AED: 4 million.
• Negotiating better payment terms & free flow of key raw material to the factory shop floor.
