• Managed and developed the UAE Gateway Project of merging all business systems into one unified system operated on a Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Managing and developing the new eStat System that includes integrating with more than five entities.
• I have been assigned as Deputy ITD Manager during the manager's leave (one week every three months).
• Supporting the current statistics system.
• Added and customised a business intelligence tool to the current statistics system.
• Part of the Truck Tracking Project technical team.
• Working on applying a Geographic Information System (GIS) to our customs systems for tracking purposes.
