Our company is the first one in the region to disrupt illegal pawn market industry.

Initially I have built entire tech stack (on MEAN) from scratch,then built tech team, and designed auction engine, live pricing engine and cross country price distribution and risk management engine on which the current business is running, and Implemented strong authorization system on top of Auth 2.0 concept and extended few custom mechanism for business related requirement

Later on as company scaled I moved into Senior Engineering Manager role

My latest role in the company is to ensure timely delivery of quality solution to business problems in Catalogue, Finance and Pricing which is the core of the company business using few steps which I used to follow as per my learnings from TOGAF,

• Solve business problem with minor impact on the current system and with minimal developer effort
• Create Architectural overview and design of the solution for AWS cloud based deployment
• Make sure on the timeline and team capacity to balance it on the company budget and business impact

Other than this I am responsible for the following,

• Check for the country-legal compliance with finance team on the financial solutions
• Manage catalogs in such a way that the customers can find it easily on the website
• Manage elastic search for the catalogs

• I was responsible for Collecting requirements, Architecting application, User flow design, team delivery management, QA and all SDLC stages
• I had an opportunity to do my R&D in ML and we have got multiple clients for ML solutions as well
• I was working as Industry Digitalization Consultant for multiple companies during my days in Geojit
• Worked in multiple domains like, Banking, FinTech, Manufacturing Industry (Industry 4.0) etc. And I learned how to switch between industries easily by identifying challenges for them.

• My role was to implement a full fledged LMS platform ( SaaS model ) . Implemented the application from scratch and managed a team of 5 people in Python(REST API), AngularJS.
• This application contains plenty of content types to build a course and is apt for any institutions like Schools, Training Companies, and for enterprise companies for doing their internal trainings.
• Researched on the current products available in the market and done few case studies to finalize the feature list and added new unique features and AI to it to provide best customer experience, then we realized there are 99 features that are must have for an LMS and named it after that.

• Baabtra.com -Best training in Python, Flutter, Angular and PHP, My responsibility was to provide best industry expertise in any programming related technologies to the employees of our client companies and I was assigned to assure the quality of training and trainees as well.

I was responsible for all stages of SDLC. As it was a startup, I had the opportunities to explore Development to Deployment journey. Started from collecting requirement from customer and identifying pain points, then creating a proposed architecture and user flow, then development, QA, production deployment, all these stages was managed by me for multiple projects I had a team of 5 and I was leading, training and motivating them.
