• The Seabourn Venture cruise ship is an ultra luxury cruise ship with a passenger capacity of 264. The ship offers passengers a unique expedition cruising experience combined with state of the art facilities, to breathtaking locations such as the northern and southern polar regions, indigenous Amazon villages and the Caribbean. As part of the Spa Team on all Seabourn ships my role involved providing a range of massage treatments including Swedish deep tissue, mindful massage, aroma stone, and bamboo as well as body scrubs and wraps. I was responsible for booking my own clients, working towards and exceeding set daily targets, and promoting and selling products to prolong the benefits of massage. I also cross-promoted the guests to the other treatments offered within the Spa. I was responsible for keeping a monthly inventory of Spa stock as well as the day to day upkeep of the spa. For majority of the voyages I was amongst the top earners within the team for target based work.

• Working as a private massage therapist on luxury yachts, I provided bespoke massage treatments to guests in discreet, high end environments. My role involved delivering tailored treatments to an international clientele, adapting techniques to individual needs, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and confidentiality. I worked independently, managing treatment preparation, client care, and time management while ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.

• My role as a Beauty Therapist with Massage Beach, involved working at high end hotels on the island of Ibiza, providing a range of treatments. My clients were predominantly holiday-makers of different nationalities. I had targets to meet each day and enjoyed the challenge of meeting or exceeding these. Part of my role included talking to hotel guests around the pool area, promoting the therapies on offer with a view to encouraging guests to book a treatment. I also provided treatments in the comfort of clients’ luxury villas. I worked in this role during the summer of 2021, 2019 and 2018. In 2018 I was proud to be the therapist who achieved the highest turnover in one day for the season.

• Working as a full-time therapist in this prestigious spa within Bicester Golf Club, I worked as part of a team offering a beauty therapy treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing.

• I initially worked at the Pure Indulgence Day Spa during 2016/2017 on work experience placement for my NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy Diploma. Having completed my work experience, I was offered and accepted a position as a permanent Beauty Therapist offering Elemis facials, waxing, tinting, manicures & pedicures and Fake Bake application of tan treatments to clients.
