With a strong focus on the breath and anatomical integrity, I teach vigorous yet accessible classes designed to cater to and meet the needs of each individual student. I always encourage my students to find that connection between mind, body and breath. I intend to challenge my students to promote both physical and spiritual growth, yet I encourage them to find their own personal edge. My teaching styles are Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative.
