• Preparation of Drawings.
• Preparing Shop drawings based on Approved Architectural drawings.
• Coordinating with Estimation dept. before preparing shop drawings.
• Maintains good quality of works in accordance with Client's auto CAD drawing standards and in compliance with the requirements of the projects.
• Maintain company CAD improve them as required.
• Completing assigned work schedule in a given estimated period.
• Checking all drawings and making self review before submitting.
• Preparing Transmittals for submission and make sure the compliance with projects specification.
• Material Estimation
• Material reservation based on approved shop drawings.
• Quantity surveying for Material Estimation and for Material order.
• Cross checking with Shop drawing & Specifications (Final Approved).
• Providing estimated details to the concerned department.
• Production
• Collecting measurement from site to achieve accuracy, feasibility of materials and design.
• Coordinating with production dept. for drawing implementations and if any changes.
• Providing cutting list and details of materials to be used.
• Preparing Production drawings by considering of maximum utilization of materials, Machine & Men.
• Coordination between site & factory for delivery of fabricated items in time as per priority.
• Updating immediately for further fabrication of materials.
• Coordinates with designated Design Manager / Project Engineers for the schedule of work and other requirements of the Project (Design Related).
• Delivered high-quality designs under tight deadlines, ensured client satisfaction.

• Exercising full control over the work force on site Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to work- force
  •Evaluating engineering approaches & risks
  •Building photo types, products and systems for testing
  •Investigating reports of engineering service faults and failures
  •Carrying out regular inspections
  •Writing up budgetary estimates for repair & maintenance works
  •Reviewing the work of junior engineers and technicians

• Prepare BOQ and BBS

• Management of all aspects of construction projects.

• Ensure that project meets the agreed specifications, budgets and timeliness.
• Verification of all material submissions and accurate delivery of materials to site.
• Providing technical support in agreement with the consultant.
• Check and certify the submitted invoices at the site.
• Preparation of site report, checking submissions and documentation.
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are strictly followed.
• Handling of Account books, material register, tool book, daily work report and muster roll book.
