• Scaled up the organization to include 5 co-founders, 16 trainee counsellors and approximately 300 clients who avail/have availed our services.
• Established foundational processes for business operations.
• Recruited, interviewed and hired new interns and staff and developed training materials for counsellors.

• Taught 'Sports Psychology' at Symbiosis College of Liberal Arts.
• Created and designed quizzes, tests and projects to assess student knowledge.
• Evaluated and revised lesson plans and course content to achieve student-centered learning

• Assisted students with overcoming learning difficulties by conducting assessments and facilitating Remedial classes with 20% increase in pre and post assessment scores.
• Conducted one on one counselling sessions (students and parents) to address personal and emotional issues.
• Organized Parents, Teachers and Students Engagement and Awareness Programs including Life skills, Wellbeing, Health, Safety and Social emotional learning.
• Working with teachers, administrators, parents and external agencies for student success.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential student records.

• Conducting private coaching for Psychology subject for IGCSE Grade 10 and 11 students from Winchester High School, Dubai with 30% improvement in grades.

1. Post-graduates: Industrial Organisational Psychology (I/O) & Counselling & Psychotherapeutic Interventions.

2. Under-graduates: Advanced Health Psychology, Organisational Behaviour (OB), Research Methodology, Environmental Psychology & Clinical Psychology.

• Provided guidance for dissertation to 36 under-graduate students across 9 groups at AIBAS.
• Evaluated and supervised student activities and performance levels to provide reports on academic progress.
• Counselled around 100 students and implemented evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote positive behavior change.

• Planned and organized their summer camp.
• Fostered student curiosity and interest through creative hands-on activities with 90% positive feedback from parents.
