• Responsible for HSE measures at all the sites of gulf Petrochem which includes- Grease & Lubes plant, Crude oil refinery, Waste oil Refinery, Storage Terminal and Bitumen unit
• Conducting HSE Induction for Employees, Contractors, Visitors and Customers
• Preparing & Reviewing of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and HAZOP Study
• Carrying out periodic inspection of Fire Fighting Equipment's like Fire extinguisher, Gas/Flame Detectors, Sprinklers, Hydrants, Foam Monitors and Fire Alarm Panel
• Ensuring the Customers Requirements are met as per their quality terms and loading quantity
• Documentation requirements being follows based on Hamriyah Free Zone procedure
• Participating in Internal and External audits
• Checking the integrity of Safety/emergency equipment's periodically
• Inspecting Fire pumps, caring out Test run on weekly basis and maintenance of Firefighting equipment's
• Conducting Mock Drill and ERP training periodically for ERT on all GP Location as per the schedule
• Inspection of plant and machinery periodically with operations and maintenance team
• Lifting tools and inspection /coordinating with Third Party for periodical inspection and certification
