Responsibilities:

• Modelling of Hull Structure, Drafting Ship Production Drawings and Preparation of Nesting Drawings for Aluminum Crew Boat
• Modelling and Drafting of Outfitting Drawings for Production
• Preparing Material Take Off for Hull & Outfitting's
• Modelling and Drafting Pipelines and Pump Foundations and Preparing Spool Drawings
• Checking Plate and Profile List with Model before issuing to Production
• Drafting and Nesting of Load Line Marks and Draft Marks
• Keeping records for rest/balance plates and consuming it wherever applicable
• Clarifying and Clearing Discrepancies with basic design team in between Production drawing and
• Class Approved Structural Drawings

SHIP REPAIR & SHIP CONVERSION

Responsibilities:

• Onsite job evaluation & preparing detailed scope of work for estimation.

• Planning, scheduling, and supervising ship repair jobs.

• Practicing multi-engineering disciplines for preparation and release of engineering deliverables as scheduled.

• Feedback and solutions to design and engineering team towards various production challenges experienced.

• To lead a project with the Site Engineer for oversight and documentations for the outright refurbishment of the following vessels, according to the client requirement.

• Contribution towards successful product launch along with design and engineering team.

• Design proposals, estimations, and specifications as a part of bid preparations of various New Build Projects.

• Production and Quality Control for various retrofit and repair projects at Yards.

Responsibilities:

· Basic and detailed design which includes 3D Pipe modelling using Plant 3D, Ship Constructor and Navisworks.

· Preparation of Ballast and other Auxiliary P&ID drawings.

· Preparation of detailed production drawings such as Spool isometric drawings, detailed structure & piping arrangement drawings etc.

· Preparation of Yard Specs and feasibility reports.

· Scan Stitching using Recap Pro.

· Analytical calculations like Pressure Drop ,Valve Closing Analysis & Heat Balance Calculations.

· Interface with project personnel on all matters pertaining to administration & work assignments.

Scrubber: Alfa Laval, Wartsila

BWTS : Alfa Laval, Techcross, Denora, Sunrui, Erma First .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating steel plate marking, fabrication, erection, and block assembly,
• · Coordinating piping fabrication and installation,
• · Coordinating machinery overhauling such as valves, cargo davits etc.
• · Supervised all the above works for Indian Navy vessels, Coast guard vessels & Barges.
• · Drafting of production drawings.
• · Perform engineering tasks to correct system deficiencies and provide solutions in the form of reports.
• · Preparing Material take off – list of spools.
• · Preparation of Yard specs and feasibility reports.
• · Preparation of Ballast and other Auxiliary P&ID drawings
