  • Manage and review NPL portfolio & communicate findings to all relevant parties and recommend actions to be taken by the concerned committee (settlement, restructuring, write-off, provisions)

  • Monitor and review MIS reports for the bank products and submit corrective plan for the high delinquency product and nationalities
