The project required extensive procurement and construction activities, including the construction of key infrastructure components such as collection pits, drain pits, footings, and pipelines.

Project : Green coke shipping facility at, Takreer.

Client : ADNOC Onshore.

Location: Ruwais.

Green coke shipping facility involved significant plant modification and conveyor extension the role involved overseeing and managing the civil precast foundation and structural steel work for the Green Coke Shipping Facility project at Takreer in Abu Dhabi. This project was crucial for expanding the shipping capacity and infrastructure of the facility, with a focus on high-quality execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Client : Government of Sharjah

Location : Al seyouh Sharjah.

As a Civil Engineer/Office Engineer at Ramz Al Khaleej Building Contracting LLC, responsibilities included overseeing the execution of civil works for Residential & villa projects commissioned by the Government of Sharjah. This role was pivotal in ensuring that all construction processes were carried out with precision and adherence to high standards.

Location : Ernakulam , kochi.

Olive Kalista is an ambitious high-rise residential project featuring 20 floors above ground, located in the dynamic area of Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kochi. Developed by Olive Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd., this project is designed to offer modern and luxurious living spaces with exceptional amenities and state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Management: Develop and manage construction schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers and other stakeholders to align construction to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Oversaw daily construction activities, ensuring that all work was carried out according to the architectural and engineering plans. Coordinated with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.

Project Coordination: Facilitated communication between various teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution. Prepared technical reports and arranged for survey work. Completing projects on time and within budget by collaborating with contractors, architects and public authorities.

Procurement and Coordination: Coordinated the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications. Worked closely with suppliers to manage material quality and availability.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, and other technical teams to address and resolve any design or construction issues.

Construction Activities: Managed the excavation, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting of the collection pit. Ensured that the construction met design specifications and quality standards

Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor and materials, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.

Technical Expertise / Construction work : Gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of civil construction work, including Excavation, Shoring, Piling, Formwork for foundations, columns, and slabs, concreting, ensuring that it met required strength and durability standards. blockwork, Plastering and finishing techniques.

Piling Work: Manage the execution of piling activities, including site preparation, pile driving, and foundation installation. Ensure that all piling work is conducted in compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Formwork: Managed the formwork for various kind of work such as Footing / foundations, columns, beams and slabs. Ensuring proper depth, alignment, of formwork as per engineering specifications and as per AFC.
Rebar Work: Installation of reinforcements in building structures, foundation including bars and mesh, as per structural drawings. Ensured that steelwork was correctly placed and securely anchored.

Concreting: Checking the concrete mix design as per the specification and client requirement pouring, and curing of concrete, ensuring that it met required strength and durability as per the required standards.

Steel Structure : Oversaw the fabrication and installation of structural steel structures as per the AFC Drawings. Ensure that all structural steelwork is constructed according to design specifications and structural requirements.
Blockwork: Oversaw the laying of masonry blocks for walls, ensuring that blockwork was executed with precision and adhered to design specifications. Addressed any issues related to block alignment or mortar quality.

Plumbing Works: Oversaw the installation of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage. Coordinated with plumbing contractors to ensure that systems were installed correctly and tested for leaks.
Plastering Works: Oversaw plastering activities, ensuring that surfaces were properly prepared and finished. Monitored the quality of plaster application to achieve smooth and durable finishes.
Finishing Works: Oversaw the finishing tasks, including painting, tiling, and installation of fixtures. Ensured that all finishing works were completed to high standards and within project timelines.

Pavement and Interlock Works: Managed the construction of pavements and interlock surfaces, including preparation, laying, and compaction. Ensured that all surfaces were level, well-drained, and met project specifications.
Quality Assurance and Control: Implement quality control procedures for all construction activities. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Manage inspections and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
