- The project also includes pedestrian bicycle accessibility structures such as cycling bridges, recreation and entertainment based social infrastructure as well as vehicular under / overpasses
- Scope includes the redesign of the current at-grade intersection between MBS Road and King Abdulaziz Road (and replace with underpass of 33.60m wide and 377m long) and similarly between MBS Road and Abu Bakr Road (and replace with underpass of 33.60m wide and 234m long)
