• Examine and review all the client info & documents and requests coming from the direct sales officers and commercial branches & other sales channels and platforms
• Research and collect information on client social behavioral and history of previous instalments payment from his work site & residence
• Decide to accept or reject the case and send it to the next step
• Responsible of following up the collection of monthly instalments and negotiating to recover the delayed debt more than 30 days

- Trained in Mini Franchise Project and know the sales principles of telecom retail

- Responsible for 7 Eleven hypermarket treasury daily transactions with staff and vendors & suppliers
- Promoted to the group's head office in the same position

- Outdoor selling & promoting prepaid & data SIM cards and services of telecom companies all over Bani Sweif City with all customer segments
