- Develop a fully Detailed Project Baseline Program using Primavera Project Management P6 loaded with resources (i.e. manpower, material, equipment, and cost) and incorporates project budget to forecast cash flow requirements.
- Ensure that correct scope of work is reflected to the project schedule.
- Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.
- Manage regular updates of the overall programs and Delay Analysis in weekly basis and notify Project Manager regarding the actual progress against planned schedule.
- Monitors and controls progress of work in terms of: Physical progress, Earned-Value Management Technique, Schedule of works, Key Performance Index (KPI’s) & Identification of critical paths.
- Prepares periodic report to the client / project management.
- Respond to time analysis on the occurrence of a particular event, which leads to delayed progress of works or time for completion as a consequence, via Claim for an EOT (Extension of Time for Completion).
- Issue necessary programs to sub-contractors on site and ensures that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements with optimum interrelations with other activities of the project.
- Provides site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule.
- Supervise the preparation of Tender Program Package including but not limited to Construction Methodology, Program Narrative & Resources Management.
- Direct the preparation of tender programs and submissions to clients, overseeing the entire process. Additionally, represented the company in all matters related to tenders, presenting a professional image and ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Spearhead the optimization and refinement of the procurement process for subcontractors and suppliers across all ongoing projects.
- Enhance work processes through digitalization and optimization, providing comprehensive reports to top management.
- Establish a comprehensive departmental KPI system to monitor and control inter-departmental processes, enabling strategic insights for management to identify improvement areas and implement targeted enhancements.
