• Analyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.
• Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
• Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
• Layout and plan interior design arrangements using Revit equipment and software.
• Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
• Represent the architect on the onstruction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications, and advising on design corrections under the architect's supervision.

• Preparing and issuing As-Built and Shop drawings for the consultant's approval.
• Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
• Preparing and issuing material submittal of all materials used in the projects.
• Study and issue requests for information (RFI) documents to inquire about conflicting or missing information.
• Preparing invoices and claims according to contract provisions.
• Represent architect on the construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications, and advising on design corrections under the architect's supervision.
• Provide the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design as per the client's requirements by the use of the architectural application.
• Analyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.

• Resolved conflicts and negotiated agreements between parties in order to reach win-win solutions todisagreements and clarify misunderstandings.
• Negotiated with approx. 200 suppliers and subcontractors for the best price after maintaining the consultantapproval upon their material submittal.
• Developed team communications and information for kick-off meetings.
• Prepared and reviewed the shop drawings generated by the technical office before issuing for construction tomake sure of its compatibility with all the project’s disciplines.
• Prepared lists of (sub-contractors and materials) for the project tender.
• Prepared a biannual report for the material price changes on the market.

• Determine the client’s goals and requirements for the project.
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical / MEP layouts.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Preparation and review of As-Built drawings with tech. office and project site engineer.
• Contact a list of sub-contractors for a better (Quality/Price) deal.
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications “AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Artlantis & Photoshop”.
• Ensuring that work is completed on time and budget.
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
