• Drove revenue stream development through strategic collaboration and partnerships with Financial Institutions (banks, payment processors, card issuers, payment initiators, 3rd party wallets) to create or improve on/off ramps
• Built the Finance Department by hiring 20 employees for various Finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, Client Payments, Pricing, Financial Systems, Accounting & Control)
• Managed the FP&A team and prepared the Financial Model for the Series C Round Investors
• Managed client payments team (avg monthly deposits/withdrawals 7.5k/1.5k txns) and ensured SLAs to customers for deposits/withdrawals were met
• Worked closely with Marketing Department to analyze CAC and ROI of various campaigns and recommended improvements based on financial risk analyses
• Spearheaded regional expansion strategies to increase business market share
• Appointed as Finance Lead on all regulatory projects (ADGM, VARA, CBB)
• Managed systems implementations (Microsoft BC ERP) and
platform enhancements with the Tech Team
