- Supervising 13 Laboratories in Primary Health Care.
- Monitor /ensure to provide high quality /accurate test results within the defined time- frame in compliance with global standard towards employee /customers satisfaction.
- Acting as HOS for PHC Laboratories during the absence of HOS and preform day-to-day duties in addition to the assigned responsibilities.
- Review of Quality control (outliers, shifts and trends), LJ chart monthly for Biochemistry and corrective action.
- Review of PT reports and alternative assessment results

- Coordinate with Quality/safety Team for PHCSS/ PHC laboratory to fulfill the requirement as per international standards in PHC Laboratories.
- Evaluate new lab instrument/test to introduce additional services in PHC laboratory and report to HOS.
- Coordinate with LIS Team for LIS related requirements for PHC.
- Field visits to ensure Quality of laboratory services and improve if required.
- Prepare Review, update policies & procedures as per national and international standards.
- Coordinate with the CSC /PHC store if needed and report any deficiency to HOS.
- Monitor staff knowledge and technical skills to ensure better lab services.
- Nominate staff for Training program as per Laboratory needs.
- Training and competency assessment for technical staffs/POCT Coordinators.
- Prepare SMART Objectives and evaluate annual performance of Medical Lab Unit staffs to comply with PGD and DHA strategies.
- Conduct monthly medical Lab supervisors meeting & report to HOS.
- Review annual PHC lab reports and submit for HOS approval and forward to PGD.Dept.
- Participate in Global accreditation bodies with PHCSS for Laboratory Accreditation Worked with clinical teams on study site visits and protocol training.
- Worked with clinical operations and medical directors to develop consistent language and criteria for forms, protocols, reports and safety procedures.
