- I have been a licensed UAE tour guide since 2015 having catered to both large groups as well as smaller private tours for families, couples and individuals. For the last few years I have worked principally with VIPs and wealthy clients for some of the high end event and destination management companies such as 2Exceed and Momento, EET Destination etc...
- I mainly work with the English, Spanish and Portuguese markets and occasionally French as well and have a strong foundation in Arabic.
- Being born and raised in UAE I have an intimate knowledge of the history, culture, customs and traditions and language of the country and region and my university degree in world history (including Islamic and Arab history) definitely gives me an edge when it comes to telling unique and engaging stories as well as having specialist knowledge. I am told frequently that I give the most interesting tours.
- I am also punctual, accurate and organised and always do my best to the ensure the client's wishes are respected and fulfilled and that the client has a wonderful experience.
- I have also assisted clients with special needs requiring additional support around vehicles or site environment.
- Coordinated smooth-running tours and resolved problems with itineraries, services, or accommodations.

- Helped visitors feel welcome with friendly conversations, personal help and engaging stories.
- Interpreted and translated languages for tourists to understand in Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic.
