SO ,toovus media group ,is network media company dedicate to the production and distribution of the internet entertainment content's as operator and translator my duty is to interview the influencers with the boss ,do the translation ,and also I'm also responsible for on site translation for chinses staff and our foreigner team . and as an operator we do train and build up unprofessional influencers by provide them with intensive training and a professional photographer ,makeup artist .

I was sending or receiving customer calls for different purposes , whether customer calling for the purpose of inquiry or for the purpose of complaining and helping them with useful salutations or referring them to the customer service center if the problem concerns the customer service department ,and I was also responsible for the daily translation between the staff and the owner .

I worked as translator and customer service ,handle customer problems ,provide them helpful solutions and alternatives within the time limits ;follow up to ensure resolution, .

Responsible for the translation of business negotiations between the company leader and local agents .as well as the translation of various company documents and materials.

I was responsible for purchasing waste paper with factory purchasing ,then looking for buyers after the recycle processing,and signing contracts to complete sales.

My responsibilities as a promoter is to bring people to the establishment,engage with the customers,and provide for current deals and future events.

My responsibilities as a chinese , _Arabic English translator was to be responsible for daily translation .in detail I was responsible for translating the construction materials arabic of the company and local government units into chinese ,.I was also responsible for meeting site translation .:responsible for the on-site translation of important meeting held by the company's leaders and local government officials ,finally ,i was responsible for on site translation;for chinese staff and sudanese staff on site ,to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

My responsibilities as a chinese arabic translator was to be responsible for patient and doctor translation,such as translating the patient's description of the symptoms from arabic to chinese to the doctor .also ,to translate the medical records,hospital bills and other r materials. overall ,I was the operating room,nurse' office ,hospital head master ,and the doctor's assistant.
