Roles and Responsibilities

• Project management tasks include (but not limited to) - defining project scope, providing analysis/development plans, execution and documentation
• Engaging with Maintenance Leadership, gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, develop intuitive dashboards/reports and draw meaningful insights that influence key decisions
• Interact with key stakeholders in Central Europe and support them in implementing the best practices from UK to ensure standard operations across all countries
• Develop and maintain asset condition models, recommend assets for replacement/maintenance and support capital replacement budget forecast. These models help to prioritize and allocate maintenance and replacement capital (£100 Million)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations for various business requirements and provide insights to support the field operations
• Gather data from the different sources and perform ETL to feed the KPI Dashboards on Microstrategy for the UK Maintenance Teams. These dashboards track the performance of 1300 colleagues and 3000+ stores in UK
• Identify, define and measure the KPIs for the Legal Inspections of assets across UK which are subject to statutory compliance
• Engage with the field teams, handle queries and conduct sessions for clarifications on the KPIs

• Engaging with the Risk Consulting teams, gathering the quality and production data
• Analyzing the data, develop reports and dashboards to identify error trends and drawing meaningful insights to support quality improvement initiatives
• Documentation of the findings and presenting them to the leadership
