• Major diagnosis and repairing as per the manufacturer standard service manual procedures of customer complaints in the service vehicles.
• Collecting and analyzing the needed customer complaint details of vehicle and threshold conditions in idle or in driving. Also vehicle history from the service advisor through complaint data sheet.
• Verifying the exterior & interior condition for modifications or any accidents related to the trouble
• Confirming complaint and sort out the system and reconfirming the additional systems which are integrated with trouble one, also to check fail safe functions
• Verify with diagnosis procedure and carryout the technical service bulletins if it is necessary.
• Preparing technical e-reports for warranty and e-estimations.
