· Handling new business placement, renewals and amendment of existing coverage for Property, Liability and Specialty lines of business.
· Reviewing information and analytics to assess risks to support the placement of client's risk across Middle East and Africa.
· Preparation of draft proposals, negotiate and finalizing quotes, terms, conditions and coverage.

· Receive, Record, Validate and process claims for Property, Engineering, Energy and Casualty lines of business
· Validate the accuracy of claims notification and payment requests in terms of the computations, allocation of shares among participating entities from Middle East and African Region.
· Provide technical expertise and reasoned judgement in reviewing and accepting/declining claims notification and claims payment requests, ensuring conformity with the underwriters, claims payment guidelines and procedures
· Advise Management of all large loss amounts as soon as the related claims notification is received from clients
· Review and recommend Management authorization for the settlement of all claim payments and cash call
· Follow up with the Loss Adjuster, Reinsurer and the reinsured for questionable issues and providing updates
· Processing and rendering all Reinsurance claims, Issue Credit / Debit note and handling claims recoveries
· Prepare, Provide and review the claims collection report for monthly, Quarterly and annually for the management
· Responsible for investigating and processing claims (General, Marine & Motor Recovery).
· To make approval or denial decisions and negotiate settlements with other insurance companies in accordance with policy provisions.
· Collaborate with insurance companies in the UAE to correct errors, rectify omissions and investigate questionable issues.
