- I joined this Four Star Complex Tower RCHS in November 2023 and am still working with RCHS. Major work has been done to control power consumption in this tower according to DEWA rules, and results have met management's expectations.
- Responsibilities:
- I am responsible for overseeing all Engineering Operations across a complex tower that includes three interconnected buildings (A, B and C) floor 16-9-16 with shared M-floor and Ground floor levels. The property comprises of 96-Office, 112-Room Hotel and 64 Serviced Apartments spaces, totalling 272 operational target points. Additionally, manage engineering services for the M+G floor, which includes 11 big shops, 3spa, 7Restaurants, and cafeterias.
