Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment, resulting in higher employee morale.
• Planning including allocation of manpower
• Technical support to site supervisors to make them understand drawing, quality requirements, process improvements
• Co-ordination with Quality control, Material controlling, and Design departments
• Ensure proper process to attain timely delivery
• Co-ordinate with QA/Welding departments to achieve desired quality in welding of structure/piping as per standards
• To plan, monitor and follow control of production and maintain co-ordination amongst concern departments
• Implement HSE policy of the company at the production site
• Planning for job work according to the planned dispatch schedule with available resources
• Meeting with managers for the delayed & planned jobs for achieving the scheduled target

• Also worked in L&T Modular fabrication yard, Oman in 2023 (on Deputation)
