RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the construction activities in the fabrication yard.
• Coordinating Subcontractors and personnel, tracking progress & budgets.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Quality and project schedules.
• Technical support to site supervisors to make them understand drawing, quality requirements, process improvements
• Co-ordination with Customer, Engineering, Procurement, site team & Vendors to meet project goals.
• Ensure proper process to attain timely delivery
• Co-ordinate with QA/Welding departments to achieve desired quality in welding of structure/piping as per standards
• To plan, monitor and follow control of production and maintain co-ordination amongst concern departments
• Manage manpower, subcontractors and resources efficiently.
• Planning for job work according to the planned dispatch schedule
• Report progress, issues & risks to senior management
