Key responsibilities :

My main responsibilities were to process large consignments of currencies on the 20 stacker Giesecke+Devrient BPS 1000 Banknote processing machine, consistently running, balancing and packing over 500,000 notes per shift.

In addition, the job also entailed bulk checking the deals that come in, separating various currencies, segregating the different denominations and checking for counterfeits and unacceptable and old notes.

Also ensuring that the total deal is balanced according to the deal ticket before we pack it to send to our customers or corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Manning the Tills, assisting customers with their purchases on self-service counters, stocking and tidying up shelves, sharing product knowledge, answering customer queries and working with my team mates to keep the store presentable, clean and friendly so that customers have a nice shopping experience.

Overseeing smooth operations of store activities like packaging and despatching of consignments to clients.

Purchasing and arranging transport of goods from manufacturers, collection of payments from customers and depositing the same in banks.

Key responsibilities :

To maintain relations with clients in the shipping Industry and keeping them appraised on the status of the various repair jobs being carried out on their Bulk Carriers and Container Ships.

Was also involved in procuring Engine and Auxiliary Generator spares for the Vessels owned by these Shipping Companies.

Key responsibilities :

Initially began as a Cleaner, where I was required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas of the cruise ship, like corridors, lounges, elevators, staircases, poolside areas etc.

Got promoted to Night Attendant after a year and duties involved attending to guests needs during the nights, be it house-keeping related, or room service or any other kind of assistance required by them during the nights.

• Was hired to work for 'Festival Cruises' in the Food Department.

Cleaning and maintaining very high standards of hygiene in all food production areas and co-operating with the Supervisors and Team leaders in conforming with United States Public Health (USPH) regulations while operating in U.S. Ports.

Worked at the Shopping Arcade of the hotel.

Achieving Sales targets, keeping inventory of stock, being informed and knowledgeable of the latest gadgetry and electronic goods that made up a considerable percentage of sales in the Arcade.
