As the Senior Human Capital Business Support Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all of human capital management. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives. I lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the organization's human resources function is aligned with its overall business goals.

In this role, participated in high-level change management strategic planning, incorporating input from stakeholders. Supported business needs before, during and after transitions. Managed and motivated employees to be productive and engaged in work.

As an HR Business Partner, I worked closely with business units to align HR strategies with their operational objectives. This involved providing guidance on talent management, employee development, and performance improvement. I also played a pivotal role in handling employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the company.

As a Human Resources Associate, I was involved in various HR functions, including managing monthly payroll. I assisted in organizing training and development programs and maintained HR records. Additionally, I developed internship programs and established relationships with universities and colleges.

In this role, I focused on administrative tasks within the HR department. This included managing HR databases, processing employee documentation, and handling routine HR inquiries. I played a vital role in maintaining accurate HR records and move HR data to ERP Oracle system.

As a Human Resources Officer at Al Fahim Group, I was responsible for assisting in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. I were providing general HR support to the team.
